Our Team

Carlo LucatinoCarlo Lucatino, Founder/Chief Managing Director

Carlo has 26 years of experience in retail, sales planning, supply planning, forecasting, merchandising, and key account representation. He began his career with Pathmark, a grocery chain, in various customer service roles and then joined CVS Pharmacy as Assistant Store Manager. Following CVS, he joined Caldor Corporation in sales analysis. After Caldor filed for bankruptcy, Carlo joined LEGO and continued to grow in his role with the sales team as a Sales Analyst. He was promoted four times during his four and half years with LEGO to become Senior Sales Analyst and Planning. He spent much of his time working with accounts such as Kohls, Shopko, Meijer, Fred Meyer, Ames, Grocery and Drug, LEGO Parks and stores, and a major retailer in Canada called Zellers. After leaving LEGO, Carlo joined Leapfrog Toys and there he took on the responsibility of working with Toys R Us as a Business Planning Manager, managing sales reporting, planning, planogramming, and analysis of the business.

Carlo’s career then took a turn to the manufacturer’s sales representation business, working for Almist Sales Company for six years as a Business Planning Manager, overseeing accounts such as Toys R Us, Babies R Us, FAO Schwarz, Target.com, and Amazon.com. Carlo handled over $40 million worth of business. He has represented companies such as Tot Tutors, Kent, Radio Flyer, Uncle Milton, Ravensburger, Kid Galaxy, KID O, Diggin, and many others. The attention to detail and customer focus is what led him to start his own manufacturers’ representation business. He brings his passion for sales and marketing, combined with his business expertise to help companies succeed.

Stacey Thompson, E-Commerce Sales & Marketing Director

Stacey has over 25 years of marketing experience focusing on product set-up as it pertains to images and writing strong copy. She is also involved in sales planning and reporting as well as customer support in the areas of advertising campaigns, special promotions, search engine optimization strategies, and social media.

Stacey has held marketing positions with a wide variety of organizations in Connecticut from health systems to engineering firms, expanding her skills through ongoing education and job experience in both online and traditional media.



Maria XMaria McMorris, Office Manager

Maria has 30 years experience in accounting and office management. She began a bookkeeping career while working for a small entertainment company in Stamford. Her work included bank reconciliations for multiple bank accounts, accounts payable administration, billing and accounts receivable functions, and proficiency in many accounting software programs. Maria was also responsible for customer service and office management. In 1990, she began working for multiple companies as a bookkeeper. She performed bookkeeping functions for small business accounts, working closely with business owners. Her duties included data entry, account reconciliations, payroll tax preparation and compliance, sales tax preparation and compliance, and customer service.
